THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE INCLUDE A CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND REQUIRE ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES (see below).
The following TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE govern your purchase and your satisfaction with our products.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction with all of our products is guaranteed by Skin Research Laboratories®. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please send us the product in its original packaging with a copy of your purchase receipt within (180) days of your purchase and you will receive a prompt refund. Communication of the reasons for your dissatisfaction would be helpful and appreciated.
When returning any item, you must include the following in order to receive a refund or exchange:
- 1. All products should be returned in the original packaging (if available).
- 2. Your purchase receipt or a copy.
- 3. All Gifts with Purchase associated with the purchase. We do not offer refunds or replacements for free product.
- 4. Reason for your dissatisfaction (optional, but appreciated).
